His whole game is darting in with Urchin Strike, sticking his Seastone Trident damage over time, and using Playful / Trickster to pole-vault out of range and go untargetable right as the enemy tries to answer. Then he tosses Chum the Waters, the shark that locks onto a target and erupts for a knockup and burst that deletes a squishy. If you like Fizz, look for other mobile, melee, magic damage assassins who dive a single target, dodge key spells, and leave the fight before anyone can punish them. The immobile mages and the auto attack carries are playing a completely different game.
