Veigar hits like a meteor late, but he is one of the most immobile champions in the game, with no dash and no escape outside Flash. His entire kill threat is gated behind Event Horizon, a ring shaped cage that only stuns enemies who cross its outer edge, so a smart opponent can side step it or simply stand inside the empty middle and walk out the gap. Miss the cage and his slow, telegraphed Dark Matter is easy to dodge, leaving him a squishy mage with nothing to defend himself.
