Twitch is terrifying once he is set up, but the setup is the whole problem. He has no dash and no escape beyond Ambush, his stealth, and that stealth has a delay before it triggers and breaks the instant he attacks. Before his items and his ultimate come online he is a short range, squishy marksman who has to walk into auto range to stack his poison, which makes him easy to poke, slow, and bully off the wave. To beat Twitch, out range him early, deny him the room to stealth and flank, and bring crowd control or burst that punishes him the moment he shows himself, because once he is revealed he has no way out. When you pick Twitch, you are betting you can survive to the mid game and find a flank, so respect anyone who can kite you, out poke you, or blow you up before your ultimate ever fires.
