He has no dash and no gap closer at all, so anyone who can kite him, dodge his E, or simply refuse the brawl gives him nothing to do. His Haymaker only hits hard if you actually feed it damage, and his stun needs enemies pulled in from both sides, so a single isolated target can slip the lockdown. The way to beat Sett is to disrespect his lack of mobility, poke him while he walks at you, and avoid getting suplexed deep into his team. Tanks that out last his damage and bring more crowd control than he does can simply soak the brawl and win it, and early aggressors who chunk him before his Grit gets rolling can win the lane outright.
