Sejuani is a tank, so the way to beat her is rarely to out tank her. The hole in her kit is damage: on her own she cannot kill much, and a lot of her lockdown is conditional. Her Permafrost stun only fires once she has stacked enough Frost on you, her Arctic Assault dash stops on the first thing it touches, and her Glacial Prison bola is a slow traveling skillshot you can sidestep or body block. Out of combat her Fury of the North armor makes her tough to chunk, but the moment she commits she is just a body with no burst.
