The closest thing he has to peel is Wall of Pain, which only slows you and shaves your magic resist, so anyone who can simply walk or dash through that wall reaches him with ease. He is also a slow, methodical clearer who is weak when forced into an early skirmish before his damage ramps up. To beat Karthus, get on top of him fast with mobility, lock him down with point and click crowd control he cannot dodge, or out sustain his damage over a long fight.
