Sylas is the AP skirmisher who fights with your own toys. His base kit is a tidy package of magic damage and self healing: Chain Lash whips out a slow and a damage zone, Kingslayer dashes him onto a target and drains a chunk of health back, and his two part E lets him dash, shield, and then chain pull himself into the fight. The twist is his ultimate, Hijack, which steals an enemy's ultimate and fires it back at them, so no two games play out the same. If you like Sylas, look for melee mage assassins who close the gap, brawl in the middle of the fight, and heal or burst their way back out. The pure ranged poke mages will feel completely foreign, because Sylas always wants to be in the thick of it.
