Vi looks unstoppable once she gets going, but her power is loaded into a handful of cooldowns, and when they are down she is exposed. Her real engage is Vault Breaker, a charged dash she has to wind up, and her lockdown is Assault and Battery, a single target ultimate that only catches one champion at a time. If she blows both on the wrong target, or gets crowd controlled out of the charge, she is a melee fighter with no escape standing in the middle of the enemy team. Her damage also ramps over a few attacks with Denting Blows, so anything that stops her from sticking to you blunts her whole kit. To beat Vi, bring a duelist who wins the extended fight after she commits, hard crowd control to interrupt her dive, or enough sustain to outlast her burst.
