Talon hits like a freight train, but his whole kit is a one shot pistol: land the combo or be in real trouble. His damage is front loaded into a single rotation, and once he has thrown Rake and used his Noxian Diplomacy leap he is a squishy melee with a slow on cooldown and not much else. He has no hard crowd control and no stealth, so the moment his burst does not kill, he has to vault away on Assassin's Path or die. Champions who can survive the opening combo, out sustain his bleed, or simply be too tanky to delete give him a miserable time, and so does anyone who can lock him down before he flickers over a wall.
