Outside of Unstoppable Force he has no mobility, no dash, and only his Q to slow you down, so once his ultimate is on cooldown he is a slow tank that struggles to ever touch a target who keeps their distance. Ranged poke that out ranges his Q whittles him down before he can commit, and champions who out sustain or out scale him in lane just refuse to die to a tank that does not do much damage on its own. His E and W lean on being near you, so kiting him with slows, blinds, and distance leaves him swinging at air.
