Ekko is slippery and bursty, but he is squishy and his whole game runs on hitting his setup. His Parallel Convergence stun has a delay before it goes off, his Timewinder is a skillshot, and his Phase Dive and Chronobreak are on real cooldowns, so if you bait those out he is just a fragile mage with nothing to defend himself. The cleanest way to beat him is hard, reliable crowd control that does not care about his movement: a point and click stun or a guaranteed lockdown freezes him before he can dive or rewind. Early, he is weak and easy to shove off the wave before he has the items to one shot.
