She is also committed the moment she engages, with Head Rush as her only real gap closer and no clean escape if the dive goes wrong. To beat Briar, kite her, blind or disarm her so her bleed and lifesteal dry up, lock her down with crowd control while she is overextended, or simply out scale and out sustain her in a longer fight.
