Annie hits like a truck inside her range, but that range is the whole problem: she is short ranged and has no dash or escape at all. Her power is gated behind her Pyromania stun, and once she spends it she has to land three more spells before it comes back, which leaves a real window where she is just a squishy mage with nothing to defend herself. To beat Annie, respect when her stun is up and disrespect her when it is not, out range her so she can never walk up safely, or be mobile enough to dodge her all in and punish the gap. Assassins who can burst her from outside her reach, or who can bait the stun and then dive her, give her the most trouble.
